Basically I was thinking "Okay... What's one of the things when you think of Russia? Matryoshka dolls. Is their any dolls/doll youkai in Gensokyo? Yeah. Oooh! *Idea struck*  ... *Listening to Matryoshka*

--Personality--

Shikina acts in a very innocent, cheerful and friendly manner at first time interactions. Although her true side is far from those traits. She is Schizophrenic (especially in the social interaction sense) and can turn unpredictably dangerous when individuals hand out with her for too long (Humans are especially in danger). However, she is somewhat aware of her own insanity and will show remorse when she realizes when she has done wrong. Unfortunately, she grows unpredictable when she doesn't realize what she's doing is downright harmful. Coupled with her isolation and rarity of interaction, she seems like a person  that needs help, but at the total risk of the individual. 

--Abilities--

Clone Manipulation: She can clone a total of 4 other clones (Of herself). However the clones are more unstable in personality and weaker in fighting (Explains the 'layers of insanity'). Shikina herself, however, is basically the clones puppet master, and will not  let them go out of control.
Danmaku: Self explanatory. Her clones also has this ability (duuuuhhh) 

--Name--

"Shikina" is a play on words from the Japanese word "Hijōshikina" Which means Insane (Google translate at least says so aha). And "Babushi" is a play on words from the Russian word "Babushka" (which in Polish and Russian mean g̶r̶a̶n̶d̶m̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶) as in "Babushka Doll" (Another term for Matryoshka Doll)

--Additional Information--

She has heterochromia. But not exactly.
Under normal and neutral circumstances, her eyes are both yellow. But when specific emotions become strong enough, they change in:

Yellow: Cheerful, Innocent, Friendly side/facade
Red: Insane and Violent Nature
Blue: Her need of help. Her inner sadness that she can't control without succumbing to the other emotions.

Eye combinations:

Yellow Yellow:  Neutral.
Yellow Red: (Or vice-versa) She's turning more insane and her social schizophrenia but creepily showing her 'Yellow' side. Most common when shits about to go down.
Yellow Blue:(Or vice-versa) General Sorrow
Blue Red: (Or vice-versa) Self awareness of her insanity and regret of her actions
Blue Blue: Depression. Loneliness. More than 'general sorrow'
Red Red: Insanity. No awareness of her actions. Violent, hostile.
